ObitWatch ("we", "our", "us") collects only the information you enter manually (e.g., names, birth year, city, school). We do not access, share, or transmit personal data beyond what you provide. We do not use analytics, third-party trackers, or advertising SDKs (except placeholder support via AdMob if enabled).

How we use your data:

• To perform obituary searches based on your criteria.
• To send you push notifications when a match is found.
• To export saved searches to a CSV file.

Data storage:

• All data is stored locally on your device or browser.
• We do not transmit or store your data on remote servers.

Third-party services:

AdMob banner support is optional. If enabled, Google may collect anonymous usage data per their policy, but we do not collect personal information ourselves.

Children’s privacy:

ObitWatch is intended for users 13 years or older. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
